You were the third agency we had commissioned to sell the property and by far the best. Regular updates, helpful advice and honest assessment gave us great faith in you and we decided not to change to another agent when this property, with its many “challenging issues”, took a little longer to sell. Your policy of no upfront charges was also a determining factor, having forked out hundreds of dollars to the other agencies just to get it on their books. The final deal may not have happened without Mario’s savvy negotiation skills … with both us and the buyer (sometimes you need a dose of reality to help make that important decision).
